VISION BENEFITS

Additional vision benefits are provided through Humana. This is a separate plan than what is included in the medical plans provided by United Healthcare.

Associates wanting expanded vision coverage or who are not enrolled in the United Healthcare medical plan may want to enroll in the Humana Vision benefit program.

There is no increase in premium costs for 2022.
