Objective

Objective:

The primary objective of the KANJ Bridge to Careers Guidance Group is to:

Deliver comprehensive college and career guidance to both parents and students, helping them make well-informed decisions about their educational and career paths.
Facilitate mentorship programs that offer personalized advice, career insights, and continuous support to students as they navigate various career opportunities.
Showcase a variety of internship programs, both internal and external, to give students hands-on experience and exposure to different career fields.
Organize a job fair that allows students to meet with potential employers, learn about job opportunities, and explore different career options.
Foster a sense of community and collaboration through fireside chats and networking events, enabling participants to share experiences and build valuable connections.

College Career Guidance Knowledge Session 1:
- Targeting parents of middle school and high school students, this session will cover essential information on college planning, the admissions process, and financial aid options, empowering parents to guide their children effectively.
College Career Guidance Knowledge Session 2:
- Designed for middle and high school students, this session will provide insights into choosing the right college, preparing for standardized tests, and exploring different career paths.
LEAD Programs:
- Engage with experienced mentors who can offer personalized advice, career insights, and ongoing support to students.
