CutTime Login

We are using a new software program called CutTime to manage our communications & payments this year.

No username or password is needed to log-in to CutTime. Instead, click what CutTime calls the "Magic Link" at the bottom of your most recent text from us, and complete a verification. Your MagicLink is uniquely personalized and secure. 

You will receive a welcome text that says “Megan Healy has added you to the Kalamazoo Junior Symphony Orchestra program in CutTime” with a login link. I recommend bookmarking this link in your browser for easy access.

Not in CutTime yet, but want to be? No problem! Contact Dr. Healy (mhealy@kjso.org) with your student's name, your cell phone number,  and your email address she will get you set up. 

Missed/Can't Find your CutTime Magic Link? 

Visit the following link to re-send it to your device on file:

Please note that students and guardians use a different spot to resend their Magic Link. 

Address Book

Add Kalamazoo Junior Symphony Orchestra - CutTime <no-reply@gocuttime.com> to your address book. If you reply to an email, your reply will still go directly to the sender (Dr. Healy, Mr. Koehler, or Ms. Ramirez, etc.)

The KJSO will continue to communicate primarily via email, but you may now receive a text from us here-and-there.
