Wellness Check and Safety Reminders

SUMMER SCHOOL HEALTH and SAFETY POLICY

Kaimuki Middle Summer School will continue all current health and safety protocols as provided by the CDC and Hawaii Department of Education (HIDOE) COVID-19 health and safety guidelines.

• Mandatory masking on campus

• Physical distancing (recent CDC and DOE guidelines now recommend 3 feet distancing in classrooms and when applicable, outdoors)

• Ventilation

• Cleaning and disinfecting (i.e. masking, social distancing, ventilation, cleaning, and disinfecting)

All parents/guardians must conduct a daily wellness check at home. Please report any illness or COVID-19 exposure to the school.
