This summer Kaimuki Middle School will be offering knowledge- and skills-based courses for incoming 6th, 7th, and 8th graders, to help students better prepare for the school year 2021-2022. Summer enrollment will be limited to current and incoming Kaimuki Middle School students.
All classes will be 100% in-person, following current Hawaii Department of Education COVID-19 health and safety guidelines (i.e. masking, social distancing, ventilation, cleaning, and disinfecting). Due to these protocols, we will have smaller class sizes (approximately 10-12 students) to meet the current social distancing requirements.
Registration is expected to fill up very quickly.
If enrollment is full, your child may be placed on a waitlist.
Registration will be separated by grade levels. Please register for the grade your child will be entering in the 2021-2022 school year. For example, if your child just finished 7th grade, he or she should register for 8th grade summer courses. Please make sure you are registering for the correct grade level.
Incoming 6th grade: Tuesday, May 4 at 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Incoming 7th grade: Wednesday, May 5 at 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Incoming 8th grade: Thursday, May 6 at 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
