This term our tamariki have worked hard writing their very own speeches to present in front of our class. Students were also invited to compete in our senior speech competition, with winners been invited to compete at the Rotary Speech competition in Week 8. It was amazing to see the confidence and effort each of our tairua put in to their speeches.

We used hot and cool colours to blend our background, then sketched and finely painted a shiloutte over the background to represent an Anzac story such as poppies, fields, crosses, soldiers, flags
Our Art was presented at the Whangaroa community hall over the weekend during the Anzac dawn service parade.
