Taylor Rayfield | Coordinator of Family Resource Center
Taylor Rayfield is the Coordinator of Family Resource for Coffee County Schools, a position that allows him to do what he loves - serve others. During Rayfield’s tenure, he has helped lead the Coffee County School district in establishing innovative and effective tiered systems of support through key initiatives that focus on eliminating all barriers that hinder the social, personal, physical, and academic well-being of every student. Rayfield has been invited to present at various local and state conferences on the innovative practices taking place within the school district centered around meeting students and families where they are. A strong advocate for ensuring that access and equity are provided for all, Rayfield believes in the importance of strong relationships, not only with students, families, and schools, but also the community. Rayfield is a graduate of Coffee County Leadership, serves as President of the Manchester Rotary Club, is an Ambassador for the Manchester Chamber of Commerce, is an Advisory member for Coffee County Schools’ Career and Technical Education business program, and serves on the Board of Directors for the South Central Tennessee Reconnect, Dusty Elam Foundation, Sportsmen and Businessmen’s Charitable Organization, and One Day of Hope. Rayfield is fulfilling a career dream by having the opportunity to serve the children and community of his alma mater. He currently is an Educational Specialist Candidate in Professional School Counseling at Middle Tennessee State University and earned his undergraduate degree in Business from Trevecca Nazarene University. Prior to Rayfield’s current role, while completing his undergraduate degree, he spent two years as an Attendance Clerk on the secondary level with Coffee County Schools
