December 5, 2022: The portal opens for students and families at 8:30 AM to select courses

Week of December 5, 2022: School counselors will visit 8th grade students in classrooms to make initial course selections

December 6, 2022: Rising AHS 9th grade students/families invited to a Zoom at 6:30 p.m. with AHS counselors

December 8, 2022: Rising MoHS 9th grade student and family information session will be held at 6:30 pm via Zoom

December 16, 2022: Initial course requests are due

January 3, 2023: The portal closes at 8:30 AM

January 5 - February 24, 2023: Families and students will meet with their middle school counselor to finalize course requests

January 13, 2023: MoHS AVID applications are due

January 23, 2023: Community Lab School admission forms are due

February 27 - March 10, 2023: Teacher comments on course selections will be entered into Power School

Week of March 13, 2023: Course verification letters will be sent home

March 31, 2023: All class selections and changes must be entered into Power School

May 2023 (date TBD): High school counselors will visit 8th grade students at BMS to discuss high school transition

May 2023 (date TBD): The STAMP test will be administered to Spanish Immersion students and high school course placement will be discussed

August 10 - 11, 2023 (tentative dates): Save the date for the 9th grade summer academy at MoHS
