If you are creating and posting your own YouTube videos, you need to be sure you approve the video for students to view after you post it. Once you’ve posted the video in YouTube you need to pull it up on your own device, logged in with your k12 email address and password, and then click the Approve button below the video. This will allow your students to view the video. If you do not approve the video for k12 students, they will get a black screen showing Video Unavailable.
This is what students will see if you do NOT approve the video. Please be sure all videos approved are appropriate for k12 students to view.
