Mrs. Edwards Website

HI! My name is Stephanie Edwards, and I'm very excited to be teaching in the Miller School District. I'm originally from Madison, South Dakota, where I grew up. I attended grade school, middle school, and high school there. During high school I participated in various activities: band (playing the saxophone), track, tennis, and volleyball. After high school, I attended Northern State University, in Aberdeen, then transferring to Dakota State University, in Madison; graduating in 2004 with my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. I completed my Master's of Science in Educational Technology (MSET) from Dakota State University graduating in December of 2015. I have learned a great deal of information about technology that I'm very excited to be incorporating into my curriculum each year. I feel it to be a great accomplishment to have my Master's degree, and can't wait to share my knowledge with my students.

I'm very excited to be teaching K-12 Technology classes this year, it will be a year to learn, grow, and develop new and exciting technological skills!

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my two daughters: Maralyn, & Ruby and my husband Mike. Hanging out with family & friends, being outdoors & gardening, working-out & weight-lifting, reading, and watching football (GO 49ers!).

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me, LETS HAVE A GREAT SCHOOL YEAR!
