Team/Individual Awards

Team Awards

•  All Boys and Girls that make the top five in their respective weight classes will make the medal podium. 

• The Best Male and Female lifters will be rewarded Class AA separately. 

• The top 10 finishers for each weight class will score points, but only 2 from each team per weight class will count towards team scores. (Look at the General rules sheet above for more details)

Individual Award

• The best Male and Female lifters will be based on their coefficient (Total amount lifted relative to their total body weight).
