Welcome to the 2025 South Dakota High School State AA Powerlifting Meet Website. 

Hosted at Jefferson High School in Sioux Falls, SD on March 15th.

Use the Drop-Down menu in the Upper Left-hand corner of the website to access all important information about the meet and prepare to show the STRENGTH of our High School Athletes. 

***Important***

The meet will be split into two sessions. The Class AA Girls will compete from 8 am to 12:30 pm (estimated time) and the Class AA Boys will compete from 1:00 to 5:30 pm. Both sessions will have separate live meets on Liftingcast.com, found under the LiftingCast tab on the drop-down menu in the top left corner of this page.
