Current Washington Middle School students applying for a GE to another school:Â
Turn in completed GE form with a SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE to the WMS Office
Current DOE students wishing to apply for a GE to WMS:
Turn in completed GE form with a SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE to the school office that your child currently attends.
Non-DOE enrolled students who reside in the WMS area applying for a GE to another school:
Turn in completed GE form with a SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE to the WMS Office
