FFA (Future Farmers of America) is a Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) focused on developing leadership, personal growth, and career success in students interested in agriculture, farming, and related fields. Originally founded to support students pursuing careers in farming, FFA now offers a wide range of opportunities in areas such as agricultural science, environmental sustainability, animal science, horticulture, agribusiness, and more. FFA provides members with opportunities to participate in hands-on experiences, leadership training, and competitive events, such as public speaking, plant identification, and livestock judging. Through these activities, FFA members gain valuable skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, all of which are essential for future careers in agriculture, food science, and natural resources.
