Silent Auction

*Bidding on auction items (if grand prize reserve is met) will end at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 1, 2022. Winning bids must be paid in full with cash/check (no electronic forms of payment will be taken) at the end of the auction and all items must be picked up before the end of the event. All returned checks with insufficient funds will be assessed an additional $35 fee.

*Exception: 20% of the Grand prize winning bid must be paid by 9:00 p.m. at the event by check or cash and the remaining balance must be paid by Wednesday, October 5, 2022 by certified bank check or credit card

Official NFL ticket brochure will be given to the individual with the winning bid at the event on October 1st
2 NFL On the Fifty Tickets* will be provided to the individual(s) with the winning bid on the day of the Super Bowl

Requirements and Restrictions:

Event must have minimum 200 paid guests at event to make grand prize auction item available
Attendees will be provided the first opportunity to bid on ALL silent auction items
The donor will have the final approval before the winning bid is awarded to ensure restrictions have been met
