Welcome to our After School Programs site! General information, the course catalog, registration form, schedules, and flyers can be found here.
Aug. 20, 2026 - All confirmation and waitlist letters have been sent out. Please check your email! If you registered and didn't receive an email, please let me know right away.
Session 1 starts next week. Classes start at 2:30 and end at 3:30. If your child is in an outside vendor's class, they may end at a different time.
Aug. 18, 2026 - Thank you for your interest in our after school programs! Please check your email for your child's confirmation or waitlist letter. This email will take the place of the hard copy that was sent home in years past.
I sent home Hā and Crafting Kindness Club confirmations on Monday, Aug. 17. Music Techonology, Music Performance, Champ Camp, and Kindness Club will be emailed today or tomorrow.
After school programs (ASP) provide enrichment and extracurricular opportunities for our students. We have a combination of classes offered: classes provided through the school and classes provided by outside vendors for a small charge. A lottery will be held for classes offered through the school. Outside vendors’ classes are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Important note: After school tutoring takes precedence over extracurricular programs. Your child’s teacher will be in touch with you if this is the case. If your child is in tutoring and wants to participate in programs provided by outside vendors, sign up only if there isn’t a scheduling conflict.
Please consider your schedule as well as your child's schedule before submitting a registration form. For your child to be most successful in an after school program, he/she is expected to attend all sessions, be on time, in class for the whole session, and picked up on time if not in A+.
We would like to make you aware of situations that are grounds for removal from any class. We will make every effort to work with you and your child before we take this drastic step.

**Siblings of students in any program must be picked up as we are not able to offer supervision.

Register using the online Registration Form. If you need a hard copy, download and print the PDF found on the Registration Form tab, or contact your child's teacher or Mrs. Nakamura, lisa.nakamura@k12.hi.us
*A note about After School Programs Lottery - Starting in Session 2, we will try our very best to place students who were waitlisted for the previous session and who sign up for the new session. But please know that priority does not guarantee a placement as classes are contingent upon the amount of spaces we have available.
Aug. 10, 2026 - Girl Scouts flyer has been added.
Aug. 10, 2026 - Registration for Session 1 is now open! Please make sure to read the Course Catalog first so that you can be sure your child fits the age group of the class and is able to attend all classes. Registration is due by 2:30 on Aug. 13.
The Schedules tab has important dates.
New this year: Priority for the HĀ STEM class will be given to students who are currently not enrolled in A+ or 21st Century.
Aug. 5, 2026 - Welcome back to a new school year! I am currently working on updating our Course Catalog. Classes with an asterisk (*) still need to be updated; all other classes are updated. Registration for classes run by Pauoa will open from Aug. 10-13.
The outside vendor information, except for the Girl Scouts flyer, has been updated and registration for their classes are open right now.
