Employment
Working can help give you experience in a related field of interest and help develop work habits that will benefit you post-highschool. The following is a small list of links to job opportunities nearby.
Under the Hawaii Child Labor Law, a work permit or child labor certificate is required for working minors until they reach 18 years of age. There is no charge for the certificate. There are two types of certificates, depending upon the age of the minor. For more information and applications, click here.
