Keep track of upcoming contests/deadlines

Check in with VPs to make sure they are on track to finish shows

Keep track of Daily production schedule
Assign necessary graphics
Check the submission page and add info to the appropriate page
In charge making sure show is done by 3:00pm everyday for the next day
VP-Falcon Features
Create line up for shows
Write or assign writing for scripts
Assure that stand ups are filmed by Tuesday afternoon for upcoming week
Let Mrs. Suzuki know what content you need/want at least 2 weeks in advance
VP-webmaster
In charge of creating schedule for monthly updates for all clubs on the website
In charge of posting the updates
Decides fonts, colors, graphics to use
VP-Social media
In charge of posting to instagram (and maybe tik tok) weekly–pics, preview of FF content
Create interactive posts to get content (contests polls etc)
Take photos (or assign photographers) every week and upload them to the appropriate drive–keep track of your photographers photos
Equipment managers (3-4)
In charge of keeping equipment room neat
Responsible for assigning students to work the equipment room for checkout
Take inventory and report broken items
