Vision of Our Library

A place for our students to Have a Voice, 

to Read, Explore, Create, Collaborate, and Connect through technology and directly.  

Our School Library will be a hub of learning for Maui Waena Intermediate School.  

Students will feel welcome and safe to explore with the freedom of choice in what they read and research.   

Classes will visit the library during collaborative projects where students will learn how to search our valuable online resources as well as our print and eBook collections.  

Students will be consumers, curators, collaborators, and creators of information while evaluating their sources and practicing ethical use of information.
