Students must fill out a job application to apply for a class job. Students can apply for the jobs they are interested in and will be assigned a job based on their application and available positions.
Job applications reset every quarter, so students will have the opportunity to apply for a new job each quarter. Students may apply for the same job again if they enjoyed it!
Leader of the Pack $75/month
·Leads the morning routine
·Reads the day’s lunch, plus the next days breakfast and lunch
Banker - $70/month
·Helps collect classroom rent / classroom fees
·Runs class store
·Keeps classroom money organized.
Errand Runner $55/month
·Deliver notes or supplies to the office
·Take messages or notes to other classrooms for Ms. Mainaaupo
Zoologist - $70/month
·Feed the class pet with the teacher's permission.
·Help care for classroom plants or animals.
·Check that the pet has fresh water and a clean home when needed.
Hand Sanitizer $60/month
·Give hand sanitizer when the teacher asks.
·Help classmates clean their hands before meals and activities.
·Make sure the sanitizer stays in its proper place.
Custodian - $55/month
·Pick up trash and keep the classroom clean.
·Push in chairs and help straighten the room.
·Check the floor and learning centers to make sure everything is neat before leaving.
Mailbox Packer $60/month
·Put the correct papers into each student's mailbox
·Check that everyone has their work before going home
·Help keep mailboxes neat and organized
Teacher's Assistant $65/month
·Check classmates' agendas every morning for parent signatures.
·Help the teacher with classroom jobs and special tasks.
·Be ready to help wherever the teacher needs an extra hand.
Class Secretary $65/month
·Answer the classroom phone using the class phone script.
·Take the lunch tag pouch and napkins to the lunchroom.
Computer Technician $65/month
·Pass out and collect computers.
·Help plug in and charge classroom devices.
·Make sure devices are put away CORRECTLY
Paper Passer - $55/month
·Pass out papers, books, and classroom supplies.
·Help collect papers when everyone is finished.
·Make sure everyone gets the correct materials.
Substitute - $60/month
·Is knowledgeable in every class job
·Fills in for any classroom helper who is absent when needed
