Cadets will be expected to attend PT once a week on either Monday or Tuesday at 0700.

Cadets will appear in Uniform once a week, on either Wednesday or Thursday as according to their platoon.

Cadets in the program are highly advised to not commit any acts of PDA.
Cadets will be prepared to participate in MCJROTC instructional classes.
Cadets are required to volunteer for school and/or community events.
Once a week on either Monday or Tuesday cadets will be inside the classroom at 0600 for PT.
On this day Cadets will wear the PT uniform, "Green on green."
Cadets are recommended to wear any shoe comfortable for physical exercise.
Socks must be matching pairs of predominantly black or white socks.
PT will last approximately 1 - 1.5 hours.
Cadets unable to complete PT will by handled by the SMI/MI on a case-by-case basis.
After PT, cadets will be allowed time to enter the locker room and prepare themselves for school.
While inside the locker room, Cadets are prohibited from conducting themselves disorderly.
After use of the locker room, Cadets will clean and leave the room in an acceptable state.
Cadets in uniform will abide by MCJROTC uniform standards, and will abide by Kapolei High's rules and regulations.
Cadet will, in addition to the above, conduct themselves in a mature and professional manner.
Cadet Standards for the Camouflaged Utility "Cammies" Uniform:
MALE:
Hairstyle must be cut prior to inspection, hair must not contain any hair dye.
Nail polish, or makeup is prohibited.
Earrings and piercings are prohibited.
Males will be clean shaven except for the upper lip (as according to grooming standards) if the cadet chooses.
FEMALE:
Hair must be kept above the collar of your uniform.
Cadets with long hair will contain their hair into a military style bun.
In uniforms other than cammies, Females are allowed to wear discreet and modest earrings or other accessory.
Cadets, on their uniform day, will be inspected on their uniforms and leadership knowledge by upperclassmen cadets.
Cadets are expected to maintain their uniforms as they are responsible for lost or damaged items.

The Kapolei HS MCJROTC program hosts a variety of teams. Cadets are encouraged to join and participate in any of the teams. Follow the button below to view the different teams at our program.
