Important Reminders:

• On-Campus small group learning is based on their in-person instructional scheduled rotation. Instructional time is 8:00 am - 1:40 pm and WIN time is 1:45 pm - 3:00 pm.

  • Grade 7: Monday & Tuesday: On-Campus; Wednesday - Friday: Distance learning from home

  • Grade 8: Monday - Wednesday: Distance learning from home; Thursday & Friday: On-Campus

  • Grade 9-12: Every day on-campus EXCEPT on Wednesday's. Wednesday is distance learning from home.

• Students must follow all health and safety rules while at bus stops and on campus. 6 feet social distancing and a mask at all times.

• Arrival/dismissal:

  • Students arrival on campus will be at the main entrance of the school, in front of the school marquee.

  • Please do not drop your student off prior to 7:30 am.

  • KHPES staff will be at the entrance to great students and direct them to breakfast or their learning bubble location.

  • Bus riders: Students must:

    • Complete a bus application before his/her 1st day on campus OR

    • Pick up a bus application from the main office or mobile hub at St. Jude's Church AND show the bus driver the application at the time of pick-up.

  • Drop off/walk on students: If you are dropping off your student(s), please remember to remain in the vehicle while dropping off your student. Students who are dropped off or walking on must be wearing a mask and must enter the campus from the main entrance.

• Students will need:

  • School uniform

  • School ID"s (will be given on the first day on campus)

  • Bring borrowed device (laptop)

  • Earbuds/headphones (students may purchase earbuds from the main office for $1 each)

  • School bag

  • Pencil/pen

  • Paper

  • Tablet

  • Water bottle

  • Face covering

*If your child does not have the basic school supplies such as pencil and paper, please have them notify the staff member on their first day and the school will provide a set for him/her

• Orientation will be held on the student's first day on campus. Your student will also receive a packet with important forms and information. Please be sure to return completed forms by the next school day.
