Complete the online registration here .
Complete this registration packet and submit the entire packet to the Athletic Trainer in the athletic training room located on the back side of the gym (Ka'u side).
Participated in athletics this school year:
Complete the online registration here .
Complete this Assumption of Risk Form and submit to the Athletic Trainer in the athletic training room located on the back side of the gym (Ka'u side).
All students must be cleared by the Athletic Trainer (completed paperwork) prior to participating in athletics (including off season training, tryouts, and team activities).

Spring Parent Meeting will be held on Wednesday, Feb 4 at 6:00 pm in the cafeteria.
Parent Meeting is for students new to athletics for the current season. This meeting is required once a year.
