JCHS Summer School 2026

Session 1: June 2 - June 17, 2026 (holiday on June 11)

Session 2: June 18 - July 2, 2026

Summer school hours: 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Summer School is FREE for all public school students.

Private and home school students must pay the following:

$130 for 0.5 credit and $260 for 1 credit.

If you sign up for a class and do not show up for summer school, you will receive an "F" on your transcript (permanent high school record). You may drop a class BEFORE summer school begins, no later than May 30, 2026, by emailing Summer School Director Noel Kabasawa at Noel.Kabasawa@k12.hi.us.

Aloha! Thank you for your interest in the James Campbell High School Summer 2026 Program. This program is for students entering Grades 9-12 in the fall. Please carefully review the program policies before registering.

Important Reminders

TRUF forms are not needed for students entering summer PE classes.
All PE absences will be reported via email. Please be sure to provide a working email address when registering.
All PE students should attend summer school with covered shoes, dress comfortably, and bring water for hydration.
A doctor's appointment is not an excused absence during summer school.
You will receive an email with your registration answers, that is your child's confirmation they are enrolled into Campbell High Summer School 2026.
Attendance is mandatory and students are required to be on time daily.

Registration begins on Saturday, March 14 at 8:00 a.m.

Technology Responsible Use Form (TRUF)

This form is required for students who do NOT currently attend James Campbell High School, except for PE students. Email your completed form to noel.kabasawa@k12.hi.us or deliver it to the front office.
