Geographical Exception (GE) Request Process

Please read the instructions carefully and fill out the H.I.D.O.E. G.E. Form below: 

1. The H.I.D.O.E. G.E. Form below has 5 pages, please read and fill out all information. 

2. These forms have an esignature feature. You will need to click the Continue button on the bottom of the web form before you can begin filling out the form. 

3. After esigning and submitting the form, please follow the webform instructions and check your email to finish the electronic form submission.  

4. Call 808-685-9100 to schedule an appointment to complete the GE process. We can print your electronic form submission prior to your appointment including the MV-1 Form that requires an original signature.   

5. Please bring in a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE), the Receiving School will be mailing your copy of the Approved or Denied GE Form
