Mobile Electronic Devices (ACT 175) - No handheld devices can be used while driving
Seat belts - ALL occupants in the car must wear seat belts
Zero Tolerance - The legal drinking age in Hawaii is 21. If you are under 21, drive sober or your license can be taken away
Use & Lose - If anyone under 21 is caught drinking, holding or buying alcohol, the driver license can be revoked.
Speeding - Speed limits are indicated by posted signs. Excessive speeding is the cause of more than half of Oahu's traffic fatalities
Booster Seats - Children ages 4 -10 must travel in a booster seat, unless the child is at least 4'9" tall
Social Host Liability- It is illegal for adults to provide alcohol to anyone under the age of 21 and/or knowingly permit a minor to possess alcohol on their property
