FALL 2018 HAWAI’I TEACHER FELLOWS REPORT
The Hawaii State Teacher Fellows fall data collection focused on Project-Based Learning in the HIDOE. Teacher Fellows distributed online surveys to Hawaiʻi educators, and held 85 in-person focus groups with 409 teachers. Focus group and surveyed 1,856 teachers from every regional complex (K-12 mini-district) across the state on Hawaiʻi Island, Kauaʻi, Lanaʻi, Maui, Molokaʻi, and Oʻahu.
The key findings guided policy recommendations to the Hawaii Department of Education and can be found here.
