Choose one way of applying for UPLINK:

ONLINE APPLICATION (PART 1 AND 2) - See below
PAPER PACKET (See Below). Email the forms to g-296-em-uplink@k12.hi.us or drop off completed forms to our Ewa Makai Front Office UPLINK box (purple).
Visit our Front Office during business hours for the paper packet. Compelete and place the forms in the UPLINK box.

Step 2: Fill out the UPLINK Registration Form PART 2 (Upload in the online google form if you are completing the google form) or email to g-296-em-uplink@k12.hi.us
