The CAHSL Academy Advisory Board plays a vital role in guiding and supporting the academy’s curriculum by offering recommendations and expertise to ensure the continued growth of high-quality Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. Working collaboratively with school leadership, academy administrators, and faculty, the advisory board helps strengthen and enhance the programs it serves, contributing to the overall success of workforce education.
Advisory Board members actively engage in a variety of roles, including serving as judges and panelists for student projects, hosting field trips, acting as guest speakers, conducting mock interviews, and providing valuable community-based student experiences. The current board is composed of industry professionals, faculty, counselors, students, and alumni, and meets quarterly throughout the school year to ensure the academy's continued alignment with industry standards and workforce needs.
