Special Room Rate: $269 per night, plus taxes | Ocean View and Oceanfront Harbor

Special Overnight Parking Rate:  

• Self-parking: $22.50 + tax per night (Standard self-parking: $45 + tax)

• Valet parking: $25 + tax per night (Standard valet parking: $50 + tax)

• Maximum one (1) vehicle per room.

Deposit: One (1) night deposit is required at the time of booking.

Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to applicable taxes of 17.962%, subject to change. 

Special Resort Charge of $23 including tax, per room, per night (standard Resort Charge is $46.01* including tax.) View resort charge inclusions. 

The group rate is available three (3) days prior to and three (3) days after the main program dates, subject to group availability at the time of the booking.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. (Noon). In order to guarantee an early check-in, we suggest that you schedule your arrival date a day prior at the above exclusive group rate.

• Room Occupancy Policy: Maximum guest room capacity is four (4) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) children. will be assessed for each third and fourth adult in the room and includes up to 1 rollaway bed, based on request. Children 17 years and under traveling with an adult are complimentary when utilizing existing bedding in the same room and should a rollaway bed be requested, a nightly charge of $45.00 plus taxes will be assessed. Maximum 1 rollaway bed per room and are subject to availability at time of request. Prices and taxes subject to change.

• For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, a one (1) night penalty plus taxes will apply. A no-show charge of two (2) night room and tax will apply for individuals who fail to show for their confirmed reservation.
