BEFORE THE H1 BLOCK:, teachers will request students based on academic needs (ie. make-up work, take a test they missed, receive extra help) using the software.

DURING THE H1 BLOCK: Students work with teacher to plan time during blocks H2 - H5 using the software

• Teacher will check-in with each student to see how they are progressing in their academic studies.

• Students will have the opportunity to choose to participate in an activity, get extra help, work on homework during H days that are not yet assigned.

• Students will not be able to override previously assigned H days.

• In addition to planning out their H days for the 8-day cycle, students will work on activities that connect them with other students and the teacher.
