M = The student Meets the standard and applies it with independence
D = The student is Developing an understanding of the concept/skills with occasional support
B = The student is Beginning to understand the concept/skills with frequent support
In addition, there are 4 levels that convey information about Conduct & Effort...
4 = Student consistently demonstrates the skill.
3 = Student demonstrates the skill most of the time.
2 = Student demonstrates the skill some of the time.
1 = Student requires on-going support to develop the skill.
