I am the owner of Just Breathe Yoga Studio, Inc., which includes Just Breathe Registered Yoga School. I am internationally recognized as a Grand Master of Yoga through the World Yoga Federation. I am an ERYT 500 Yoga Instructor through the American Yoga Alliance ( this means I have at least 500 hours of yoga teacher training as well as at least 2500 hours of yoga teaching experience). As of the most recent count, I have over 1,400 hours of training and more than 9,700 hours of teaching experience. I am a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider and a Registered Prenatal and Children's Instructor.
Additionally, I am a Certified Meditation Teacher. I am also an Ayurvedic Practitioner and an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist. I am currently enrolled in a Doctor of Ayurveda program, as well as several other courses.
