Instructions for Poster Presenters

Please include the following on your poster:

• Title

• Authors and their affiliation

• Background and purpose: What problem did you attempt to solve? Why?

• Description of study/intervention: How did you conduct the research/activity/study?

• Findings: Summarize outcomes and lessons learned, including data or diagrams as appropriate.

• Conclusions and implications: What are the implications? Do you have recommendations for what comes next?

• Contact information 

• Add a QR code to direct participants to a specific page or website 

We suggest using either PowerPoint or Google Slides to prepare your poster as we will not provide a template. We recommend keeping the poster to a maximum of 500 words plus visuals. 

Poster Submission

Please send your poster in PDF format to Marie Cusick by Wednesday, March 20 for initial review. Once the poster is finalized, JSI will upload it to the event platform.
