Peer Mentors work with JPS staff to plan, teach, and reflect on a lesson
Coaching cycles are modeled after the cycles that Core mentors experienced with Apple Professional Learning Specialists in year 1
Planning phase - Core Mentor helps staff plan to integrate technology into a lesson
Teach Phase - Staff member teaches the lesson
Reflection - Core Mentor and staff member meet to discuss how the lesson went and plan for future success
