WE GOT TO PLAY ON OUR INSTRUMENTS. :). We had tons of fun, and are looking forward to taking the first steps on our musical journey. We even found our lockers, where we will be able to store our instruments during the day. We even got to meet some of our Marching Band members when they came to our class before the pep rally!
Thank you to Mr. Glueck for helping to adjust our schedules so we can be in classes with similar instruments! Thanks also to Mr. Colbenson who pops in to help our young musicians!
Parents, please make sure to purchase the Essential Elements Books 1 and 2 for your student, so they do not fall behind.
We've been reading new music each day as we settle in to our new class, and will soon be working on some new music as we prepare for our Spooky October, Veterans Day, and Holiday performances. We are also going to be spending some time working on Honor Band and All State audition music.
