And now for something completely different, ...
To accommodate the ongoing maintenance and activities on our new campus, we have relocated our Band Camp to the campus of East Jefferson High School. We have received permission to use Yenni Stadium for our Band Camp! Along with this great opportunity comes several logistical challenges, all conveniently solved below:
To facilitate our Band Camp at EJ, we will need lots of help finding our marching instruments after the move, and then loading the trailer. Mellophones, Sousaphones, Baritones, Percussion will need a representative to ensure we get "your own instruments" loaded. For anyone else who has an instrument in the Band Room, this will be your ONLY opportunity to pick it up before Band Camp, so YOU MUST come during this time. We WILL NOT be storing woodwind instruments in the trailer over the weekend, so you must make arrangements to pick them up on Loading Day.
All High School Band students, and any Middle School Band Students who would like to be a part of Marching Band are required to attend. We will work on playing fundamentals, and learn several fun pieces for the year.
We must be off of the EJ campus by 2:45 pm. Please make arrangements to pick up your student ON TIME.
We will have our End of Camp Performance on Friday at 2:00 pm. We invite everyone to come out to see and hear what we have accomplished!

We ask each student to bring a case of water to Band Camp. We will use this for Band Camp, after-school practices, and football games.
Before our End-of-Camp Extravaganza we will have a snack for our students. If you are interested in sponsoring part or all of this dinner, please contact Mr. Phelan for details.
Please visit our Calendar for all the latest updates, and feel free to contact Mr. Phelan at any time with questions or concerns. We look forward to seeing everyone soon!
