The Committee for Diversity Management and Talent Pool of the Japan Geoscience Union (JpGU) recognizes that a research and educational environment that respects diversity—including gender, age, background, nationality, background, physical characteristics, values and beliefs, employment status, work style, family structure, and all other forms of diversity. We aim to be an organization where everyone involved with JpGU (the Committee) can engage in research and educational activities in a comfortable environment free from discrimination based on their status.
