Performance Procedures
As always, the safety of our dance family is our #1 priority.
Check-In & Out Process
Have your dancer use the bathroom before the performance starts. There are porta potties located behind the Childrens Museum.
When you arrive, check your dancer IN at the Check-In table.
Dancers may sit with family and/or explore our tents while waiting for the Performance to start. There are no dressing rooms.
Once your dancer is done performing, they may sit with you to enjoy the rest of the performance.
Check out your dancer before you leave the park.
The Check-OUT process does take a few minutes and we very much appreciate your patience while we confirm that dancers are picked up by their rightful guardian.
ALL students (yes even teenagers!) are to check in and have their name marked off when they arrive at the venue. If your child has any Medical Conditions that may require attention whilst in our care or are carrying any medication with them, please notify our supervisors when you sign in.
Please arrive with hair and makeup done with dancers in their costumes!
