*We will not be checking email and it will be difficult to answer phone calls during the shows. We will be able to see text messages come through while at the theatre

Winter Show Procedures

As always, the safety of our dance family is our #1 priority.

Winter Show Check-In & Out Process

1. Have your dancer use the bathroom by the elevators before continuing down the hallway

2. At the end of the hallway, check your dancer IN at the Check-In table.

3. Receive your stamp, which you will need to pick your dancer up.

4. Enter the dressing room (each dressing room will be labeled with the class name) and get your dancer dressed if they are not already.

5. Exit the way you came in to take your seat from the lobby entrance.

6. Wait until the final bows and the end of the show to pick your dancer up from the dressing rooms.

7. You will need to show your stamp to get into the dressing room to pick up your dancer.

*If your dancer does not need help getting dressed but you would like access to the dressing room to pick them up after, you will need to check them in to get your stamp.

For security reasons, dancers will need to stay backstage until the end of the show. Parents will not be allowed in the dressing room during the show, unless you have signed up to be a Backstage Volunteer or if, on the rare occasion, your dancer is in need of you (we will text if this is the case!)

This process does take a few minutes and we very much appreciate your patience at pick-up while we confirm that only parents with stamps go and get their dancer after a great performance!

ALL students (yes, even teenagers!) are to check in and have their name marked off when they arrive at the venue. If your child has any Medical Conditions that may require attention whilst in our care or are carrying any medication with them, please notify our supervisors when you sign in.

Please arrive with hair and makeup done and with all required undergarments already on:

• Female Dancers: skin-tone colored tights, nude or black spaghetti strap leotard

• Male Dancers: black bike styled shorts, white v neck tank, black socks

• Non-Binary Dancers: May choose either option based on types of costumes being worn.
