Schedule Change Form
Schedule Change Request form is now closed.
Students may request a change January 7-10 for Semester 2.
To request a schedule change please follow these steps:
1. Click link to submit request CLICK HERE or Pick up a paper form from the counseling office
2. Students must wait and continue to follow their original schedule.
3. If your schedule change is approved, a counselor will give your student a new schedule.
DEADLINE IS Friday, January 10, 2025 at 4;00 p.m. No schedule changes requests will be accepted after this date.
Filling out the form does not guarantee a schedule change.
Class capacity and/or prerequisite requirements are a few reasons schedule changes may be denied.
Parent/Guardian must fill out the electronic form. Paper forms are also available in the counselors office.
