About
Belmont Apartments is single student housing located 1.5 blocks (0.2 miles) south of the Brigham Young University campus in Provo, Utah. We have 21 apartments that are divided among three levels which can house up to 126 single students. Each apartment houses six students with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
All students are required to abide by the BYU Residential Living Standards as outlined in the contract.

Rental Rates
We are only offering semester long contracts, Sp/Su and F/W. All monthly rates include utilities.
Spring / Summer 2026 (April 27th - August 17th) : $175 per month for a shared room
Fall/Winter 2026-2027 (August 24th - April 23rd 2026): $435 per month for a shared room.
