Our lessons are designed to be one hour long, with 30 minutes dedicated to instructed riding time. At the heart of our program is fostering independence, which is why each rider is expected to learn essential horsemanship skills, including catching, leading, grooming, and tacking their horses. Students are expected to spend at least 15 minutes before and after their ride caring for their horses.
Our teaching style focuses on cultivating strong foundational skills in Western riding while fostering confidence and a deep connection between rider and horse. We specialize in various Western disciplines, including barrel racing, gymkhana, and working equitation, providing a well-rounded education for riders of all levels. Lessons are tailored to individual goals and skill levels, emphasizing safety, horsemanship, and proper technique. Whether you're seeking to excel in competitive events or simply enjoy the art of Western riding, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your equestrian aspirations.
We do not currently offer English Discipline lessons.
We encourage riders ages 5+ to ride!
Absolutely not! We accept riders of all experience levels. Whether you have been riding for years or have yet to start, we will tailor our instructed lessons to your level.
We run lessons Wednesday through Saturday in the morning and evenings (excluding Saturday PM). Our Riding Club meets every Tuesday evening.

Our lesson horses play a vital role in supporting all levels of riders, working extra hard to ensure each lesson is a success. To maintain their health and well-being, we've adjusted our rates, allowing us to provide them with the best care possible. The additional funds go directly toward their wellness, including massages, chiropractic care, and specialized supplements, ensuring our horses are always feeling their best and ready to give their all for our more advanced students.
For safety and comfort, we ask all riders to wear long pants or jeans and closed-toe shoes, ideally cowboy boots with a well-defined heel. Riders under 18 are required to wear an SEI-certified equestrian helmet (ASTM F1163-23 rated). Don’t worry if you don’t have one, we have plenty of helmets available for you to borrow!
Makeup lessons are offered only if the instructor cancels a lesson. We conduct lessons rain or shine. If weather or horse conditions prevent riding, we will provide alternative lessons focusing on classroom-style instruction or groundwork to further horsemanship skills.
Monthly tuition secures your dedicated time slot and instructor each week, ensuring consistency in your learning journey.
