Ride, learn, and grow with a lesson program that goes beyond the saddle for kids, teens, and adults alike.
Our personalized riding lessons welcome students of all ages and experience levels, blending riding skills with hands-on horse care. Through a structured curriculum, riders progress through three exciting units: Barrel Racing, Working Equitation, and Gymkhana. Each ending with a showcase to build confidence and real-world experience. Along the way, students also learn proper tacking, grooming, horse health, and wellness, supported by worksheets and quizzes to track their growth.

During this lesson, you'll get a chance to meet our friendly horses, learn the fundamentals of riding, and experience the joy of being on horseback. This is the perfect opportunity to see if horseback riding is right for you, and enjoy a memorable, hands-on introduction to this rewarding activity. Perfect for a once-in-a-while ride or for squeezing an extra lesson in through the week.

These classes involve 15 minutes of catching, grooming, and tacking, 30 minutes of instructed ride time, and 15 minutes of untacking and grooming.

The recommended next step after completing your trial lesson. Tuition price is dependent on rider's experience level and placement into the JS Riding Curriculum.
Tuition is due 1st day of the month.
Tuition is non-refundable.
Lessons continue rain or shine; if weather or horse do not permit for a standard riding lesson, groundwork and classroom style lessons are available on a broad range of topics to further rider's education and horsemanship.
Monthly tuition is a commitment that guarantees your time slot in the schedule each week. Make-Up Lessons are only provided if the lesson is canceled by the Instructor.
A one-time-per-season Registration Fee of $100 is required to register your time slot. (Discounted halfway through season)

We love to encourage our students to showcase their skills and progress by participating in events held at our barn throughout the lesson year.
These competitions are designed to align with each unit, giving students the opportunity to experience the excitement of barrel racing, gymkhana, and working equitation in a supportive and familiar environment. Our events not only help build confidence and improve technique but also foster a sense of community and friendly competition among riders. Whether you're aiming for personal bests or simply enjoying the thrill of competing, we support every student's journey toward their equestrian goals.
These events are restricted to JS Lesson Program Students and are beginner friendly!
