The West Jordan Dance Company works to provide dancers with a well-rounded education in the fine arts. As such, funds are primarily dedicated towards professional training, hiring guest choreographers, registration fees for college/professional workshops, dance festival fees, adjudication fees (judges fees), and so forth. Additionally, money is also necessary in the purchasing of costumes, props, advertising, concert expenses, rentals, and so forth. While members are responsible for most of these costs, the program tries to alleviate some of these expenses through fundraisers, sponsorships, and/or monetary donations.
