Below are the steps to follow to register your student.
You will need to have the following information to complete the application:
1) Proof of residency – 2 forms which must include 1 of each:
Lease agreement or mortgage statementÂ
Current utility bill, bank statement, pay stub, etc. showing address in SRMS boundaries. If you are living with family, please bring a notarized Affidavit of Rental or an Affidavit of Occupancy.
2) You must also have available:
Withdrawal paperwork from previous school.
Birth Certificate
Immunizations
