Concert Band is primarily for band students who have had at least one year of study on a wind instrument.
For the first quarter, we will primarily spend the first few weeks getting our lips back in shape. If you were in Beginning Band last year, the main difference you will notice this year is that we will play much more sheet music. Also, during the third quarter, we will have the opportunity to participate in the Jordan School District Band Assessment. It will be our first opportunity to perform for and hear other bands from Jordan School District and be judged.
