23-24 Schedule Change Policy


Schedule changes are based on academic need and class availability. 



To request a schedule change you MUST complete the form online. This can be done online or on the iPad in Student Services.
We will not make changes based on email, telephone, or in-person requests. 

Schedule changes are only available during the schedule change request window (typically the first 10 days of a semester). 



After the deadline has passed requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis according to academic need.  All changes will require Administration approval and a completed Schedule Change Form pending a meeting with the student, parent/guardian, teacher, and administration.


Schedule changes are made based off of priority. 

1st priority: Request will be fulfilled for ERRORS in schedule (missing class, summer class not removed, repeated class, etc.)

2nd priority: Elective changes ONLY

Final priority: All other requests. Elective changes and errors remain a priority. Teacher/period changes only available with administration approval pending completed form and parent/administration meeting.  (See information below). 



**Schedule changes cannot be made to accommodate friends, lunch, or teacher preferences**

This form is designed for schedule/teacher changes that fall beyond the schedule window (after January 30th 2024).
It must be completed entirely before a schedule change will be considered.  Administration approval is required.
