WHAT IS THESPIAN FESTIVAL?
Thespian Festival is our Theatre Sport! School theatre programs compete with One Acts, Group Acting Scenes, Group Musical Scenes and both performance and design Individual Events.
The Arkansas State Thespian Festival is February 13-15, held this year at Russellville HS.
We are Troupe 1338 representing The Academies at Jonesboro High School.
Troupe Members have an induction fee of $35 (good for all 3 years)
Registration cost for attending our 3 day festival is $92. (May change)
At the national level, students go on to compete for scholarships and entrance into college fine arts programs.
