I'm a mother of two children; Nate is a 2026 graduate of JHS and is enlisted to join the Air Force later this year, and Melody is in 9th grade at MacArthur. She is a cheerleader and a (very) competitive gymnast! Both of our children attended VPA all six years and received the best education by the most loving and expert teachers!
My husband of 22 years, Brian, is a master plumber. We enjoy family time, traveling, swimming, playing cards, and spending time with our friends. I personally enjoying Pilates, reading, and singing!
I've been in education since 2001, and I'm still learning, too! My hope for this year is that students build confidence in math, and that we never stop making mistakes and learning together! I have two basic class sayings: "Mistakes are how we learn," and "Make yourself proud!"
“Never stop dreaming,
never stop believing,
never give up,
never stop trying, and
never stop learning.”
